Employment & Benefit Information
| Hours: | Our normal working hours are flexible from 6:00AM till 6:00PM with employees working from 8 - 10 hours per day. An overtime rate of time & one half for over 40 hours per week. |
| Holidays: | Seven paid holidays are provided |
| Vacation: | 48 hours after 1 year employment, 88 hours after 3 years |
| Insurance: | We currently provide HMO Medical Insurance for employee's and eligible spouse and dependents. |
| Retirement: | A Pension Profit Sharing Plan is provided to employees meeting the eligibility requirements. Plan contribution percentage is prorated based on the employee's wage. |
| Cash Bonus: | A cash bonus is distributed on profits in excess of the base profit margin and is distributed as a percentage of the employee's prorated wage. |
